What Is Spunlace Non Woven Fabric?
Spunlace non woven fabric is produced by spraying high-pressure fine water jets onto one or more layers of fiber webs. The hydraulic force entangles the fibers with one another, reinforcing the web and giving it strength. The resulting fabric is known as spunlace non woven fabric.
Processing Principle
During production, the fiber web is subjected to multiple fine water jets generated under high pressure. After the water jet passes through the web, it rebounds off the supporting mesh curtain and penetrates the web again. This repeated action causes the fibers to be displaced, interspersed, entangled, and consolidated under the hydraulic force of high-speed water jets directed from different angles, thereby reinforcing the web structure.
